1. Why Should I use remanufactured toner or inkjet cartridges?
     - Save money! Remanufactured cartridges cost up to 50% less than new ones.

2. Will I get as many prints from the remanufactured cartridge as from a new one?
     - You will get as many prints from a properly remanufactured cartridge as you would
       from a new cartridge because we carefully select internal components to match the
       results of extensive testing we perform on original equipment cartridges.
3. Will using a remanufactured cartridge void my printer's warranty?
     - ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! The Federal Trade Commission Act protects your
        rightas a consumer to buy supplies wherever you want without fear of losing
        your warranty.

4. How much can I save using remanufactured products?
     - Obviously this will vary from cartridge to cartridge, but the normal range is
        30-40% below the price of new cartridges. We strive to insure that we save
        our client at least 20% from the cost of the new cartridges.
5. Will the quality of the prints be as good as when I use a new cartridge?
     - Our Quality Control department tests every batch of toner and components to
        ensure that the print quality of our cartridge will match or even exceed the quality
        of a new cartridge direct from the manufacture. We use only the top of the line
        toner and parts in our remanufactured cartridges.
6. What type of guarantee comes with a remanufactured cartridge?
     - Every cartridge carries our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! We guarantee that each
       remanufactured cartridge is free of defects in both material and workmanship for
       a period of 1 year. We will replace any of our remanufactured cartridges found
       to be defective.
7. Will a remanufactured cartridge damage my printer?
     - Our quality remanufactured cartridges, properly used, can not cause any damage
        to your printer, copier, fax, etc.
